Recently renovated cottage (typical Souletine house dating from 1788), located on the ground floor of the owners' house. 29-hectare farm property (vineyards, woods, meadows).
Farm cottage (sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, Irouleguy vines, vegetable garden). Farm produce is sold directly on site.
Pets are welcome, but they must be supervised: the family's two cats are welcome to visit.
9 km from Mauléon (Basque province of Soule and capital of espadrilles) - 20 km from Navarrenx (salmon fishing - a village listed among the most beautiful in France).

Weekends: 3 nights minimum except in summer. Nearby, walks and hikes, rafting, Basque pelota, local produce market, Holzarté footbridge, and La Verna hall. At the central crossroads of the department, discover Béarn and the Basque Country.
Pau Castle is 1 hour away.
Anglet beaches are 1 hour away.
Spanish border, Ventas d'Arneguy is 45 minutes away.

Accueil très chaleureux. Charmantes petites attentions à notre arrivée : gâteau, tomates et pèches. Tout le confort nécessaire. Les conseils de Marie Pierre pour nous faire découvrir sa jolie région. Sa gentillesse ainsi que celle de son mari. C'était parfait.

séjour très agréable dans un cadre reposant. Nous avons fait de belles ballades et des visites qui resterons dans nos mémoires surtout la grotte de la Verna. Marie Pierre, l’hôtesse du gîte, nous a gâté par sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Rien ne manquait au gite.
