- When you arrive, please go directly to Marvilla Parks Reception (Marvilla Parks is one of our Group brands). The Marvilla Parks teams will be delighted to welcome you "at home, with us".
Please have your voucher with you, showing the campsite details and directions. Don't forget to make your security deposits and take inventory using the form provided by our reception staff. We remind you that the capacity of the rented accommodation must be respected, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Rental deposit: This is payable on arrival, in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed over. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been carried out correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online.
Vehicles: on all our campsites, only one car is permitted. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). If you are bringing two cars, you must make this clear.
Please note In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide your registration number when you make your reservation. An optical number plate reader is installed at the entrance to the site and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.
