Accommodation

The flat has an area of 48 m², has one bedroom, one bathroom and sleeps up to 3 people. It is located on the first floor, without lift, in the urbanization La Plaza, a quiet and picturesque community with a beautiful courtyard and a fountain.

The living room is cosy and has a single sofa bed and direct access to the enclosed terrace with large glass windows. This pleasant space of 15 m² with outdoor furniture includes a dining table with two chairs. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The flat also has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The flat is located in a quiet area, ideal for those looking for an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The Arenal beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and more, all within walking distance. It is also perfect for tennis lovers, as it is located next to the Jávea Tennis Club, also known as the David Ferrer Club (payable facilities). This cosy flat is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay in Javea, combining comfort, convenience and an excellent location.
