Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove ensure comfort at any time of year. The light-flooded and spacious living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. While the open-plan kitchen with sociable counter leaves nothing to be desired in terms of high-quality equipment, holiday meals can be enjoyed at the dining table for six people.
The comfortable seating in the living area in front of the wood-burning stove invites you to linger. Natural materials, subtle shapes and muted colours make up the charm of this holiday home. Arrive and feel at home guaranteed.
On the first floor of the holiday home there are two bedrooms for two people each. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together and has an additional flatscreen TV.
The fully equipped bathroom with a large Finnish sauna and walk-in shower is also located on this level.
Two additional beds are available on the comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor. A guest WC also provides additional comfort on this level.
Outdoors
Highlights include the private wellness area and the two sun terraces.
From here, the view falls through large windows onto the adjoining terrace, which faces the marina of OstseeResort Olpenitz and promises fantastic hours of sunshine with its south-facing orientation. Whether a barbecue or a romantic candlelit dinner, unforgettable holiday moments are guaranteed here.
A second sun terrace connects the master bedroom and bathroom. Sun loungers invite you to relax here after a sauna session.
Our favourite spot: After your private wellness programme, head to the sun lounger and start your holiday evening with a sundowner.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Sehr langsames Internet, hellhörig, nicht wirklich sauber bei der Ankunft. Die Türen klappern die ganze Zeit bei Wind.Der Schrank für das Geschirr ist dafür definitiv nicht geeignet. Leider hatte ich bei der Beschreibung vom Haus gedacht, wir gucken direkt auf die See, das war nur indirekt möglich. Aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht!

Das Haus ist super, mit allem Komfort. Der hauseigene Parkplatz und der Schopf für die Fahrräder ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Die Panoramasicht liegt im Auge des.Betrachters. Vorteil der Lage des Hauses ist, die Sonnenseite. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich ein Traum. Natur pur! Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Haus war schön,Einzig die Ausstattung von Verbrauchsgegenständen war etwas dürftig.Auf jeden Wc war nur eine Toilettenrolle und es war nur ein Müllbeutel vorhanden. Ansonsten war das Haus super. Für ein Paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee sehr zu empfehlen.
