It comprises an attractive 38 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath.
There is also a 200 m² garden.
Wi-Fi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : - A 38 m² living room with sofa, TV and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower and bath - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in very pleasant surroundings.
You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Lamballe station 16km away - Nearest airport : Rennes airport 115km away Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. La Marin'home Fijn verblijf, nieuw huis, prima ruimte. Helaas geen tweede sleutel, garagedeur kon niet open (om gehuurde fietsen veilig te stellen). Na helft van verblijf werd het communiceren met host lastiger, vaak geen antwoord (zoals hoe werkt de klimaatbeheersing).

La Marin'home Très beau logement conforme à sa description. Il est situé dans une zone très calme, près d'un port. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Je recommande.

La Marin'home Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dahouët und Umgebung verbracht. In ruhiger Lage mit sympathischen Nachbarn und wunderschönen Stränden lässt es sich gut urlauben. Für den täglichen Bedarf kann man alles in Umkreis von 5 km erwerben. An Orten wie Cap d‘Erquy, Cap Frehel, Dinard, Dinan...
