Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming two-bedroom apartment for rent in the heart of Annemasse. With a surface area of 53 m², it can comfortably accommodate six guests. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it consists of an entrance hall with closet, a lovely 19 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a balcony.
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The balcony will be unusable for three consecutive days in October due to construction work.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall with closet
- A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (140×200), and a dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, etc.
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x200), a closet, and a small desk
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x200), a desk with shelves
Outside:
- A 5 m² balcony with table and chairs
For even more comfort, the owners have invested in the following equipment: washer-dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Annemasse, in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the train station, in a very pleasant environment, within a secure and quiet condominium, while being close to the lively neighborhood. Come and enjoy the apartment's ideal location, close to Geneva, between the lake and the mountains. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Tourist attractions: cruise on Lake Geneva, numerous ski resorts
- Sports activities: hiking or cycling, snow biking, swimming in Lake Geneva, adventure course, canoeing, canyoning, via ferrata, Vitamparc (water park, fitness, climbing, tennis, etc.), Aquaparc, driving lessons, Golf Club, etc.
- Leisure activities: farm visits, deer park, insect discovery workshop, bat discovery, Santa's farm, etc.
