- The house is located in the popular holiday settlement "Grüne Wiese" not far from the beach road.
- Size approx. 25 m²
- Living area with integrated kitchen incl. cooker with oven and refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, cups and plates.
- in the living area there is a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a satellite TV, radio and DVD player
- a separate children's bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm)
- a daylight bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and sufficient storage space
- insect screen and roller blinds on the windows
- a furnished terrace invites you to linger, there is also a small garden available -> ideal for children
- a car parking space is available
- barbecue is possible
- small storage room (for max. one bicycle)
- Please note: Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed
- Bed linen and towels can be booked.
- Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
