Casa Chica
In the centre of Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta, you will find the penthouse Casa Chica, with all amenities, the port and the beach just around the corner!
Casa Chica has a spacious bedroom (1.50x1.90 bed) for two people with a private terrace facing Calle Colon. The large terrace overlooks the pedestrianised promenade La Via, where the weekly fruit and vegetable market takes place. The underground car park is located directly below (not included in the rental price).
But even if you don't have a car, Casa Chica can be your holiday home. Due to its proximity to the old town, it is easy to reach by train or bus.
The living/dining room has access to the south-facing terrace with a table for breakfast or dinner. The views of the Montgó and the sunrise over the sea are simply marvellous.
It has a very relaxing atmosphere and several areas to relax and switch off from everyday life.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and window.
The penthouse is located on the fourth floor of a building without a lift. Pets are not allowed and Casa Chica is a non-smoking holiday flat.
The rental price includes an electricity consumption of 10 kWh / day. Any excess consumption will be charged separately.
A deposit will be charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.
A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price.
From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
