Located directly on the harbour promenade and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday apartment scores points with its fantastic sea view, proximity to the Weidefeld sandy beach and direct access to the promenade.
The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the balcony is not only of the marina and the floating houses, but also of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the Schleimünde lighthouse.
Sailing boats, seagulls and beautiful sunsets guarantee a real holiday feeling. Attention romantics.

The living/dining area is particularly cosy thanks to the electric fireplace. The holiday apartment is flooded with light, equipped to a high standard and furnished in a modern style. The residential and commercial building was built in Scandinavian style.
The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or conveniently by lift.
The holiday apartment is barrier-free with a large floor-level shower. Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony.

The new harbour promenade is located below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. The holiday apartment is equipped with a fibre optic connection.
Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flat-screen TV in the living room and on another TV in the bedroom. The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen with bar counter leaves nothing to be desired.
Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here.

Sauberkeit, Meerblick, große ebenerdige Dusche, Fahrstuhl
Wohnung lag über der Pizzeria, auch wenn es lecker roch, störte es ein wenig und der Geräuschpegel war bei offenem Fenster wahrzunehmen
Tolle Wohnung mit Superblick aufs Wasser.

Die Hunde konnten ohne Aufpreis mitreisen.
Wir haben sogar vom Balkon aus Schweinswale beobachtet.
