Die geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Wohnung, der tolle Zustand der Wohnung sowie die sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen, Ücker und Stettiner Haff .
Keine Gastronomie, kein Bootsverleih, kein Fahrradverleih in der sogenannten Lagunenstadt.

Die Lage, der Blick in die Sonnenuntergänge, ein wunderschönes Bad, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Einziges Manko, die Hellhörigkeit der Nachbarwohnungen (Möbelrücken, Türenknallen)
Die Ferienwohnung ist so liebevoll eingerichtet,man fühlt so wohl.
