75 m2 ground floor flat in a residence with private parking and mountain views.
It comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom (walk-in shower and bath) and a separate toilet.
This is an ideal environment for a stay with family or friends, to discover the magnificent town of Annecy and its surroundings and take full advantage of the activities the region has to offer.
The accommodation
The recently renovated flat is located on the ground floor of a majestic former hotel on the lakeside. The flat is 75m2 and would comfortably suit a group of six.
The space consists of an open plan kitchen / living room with double sofa bed and modern Italian furniture. There is also a dining area in this space and the sunny windows overlook the mountains across the lake.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a bedroom equipped with a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms are accessed via the entrance hallway. Each has a double bed. At the end of the hallway is the WC and bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and bath.
Additional equipment is provided for small children, including a high chair and a folding cot with mattress and sheets.
The rental includes private parking (with several parking spaces available) and direct access to a private beach (code entry for residents and guests only) located just across the road with a private dock and swimming area.
There is also a wonderful cycle path that runs almost the entire perimeter of the lake, so if you bring your bikes, there is also an option to store them in the building's locked bike room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat.
The bedroom windows face directly onto the rear of the building, as a result the rooms are a little dark.
Compulsory extras in addition to the rate/night are
- Housekeeping (price per property) is included in the booking automatically
- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.
On your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds that has not been sent to the agency beforehand, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.
We want you to make the most of your holiday, so the housework and beds are made between each traveller.
Cleaning and linen hire are two compulsory extras
Cleaning includes
- cleaning of floors, surfaces and windows
- cleaning of bathroom and sanitary facilities
- disinfection of accommodation
Cleaning does not include
- cleaning, drying and tidying of dishes
- tidying of furniture and equipment in the accommodation
- removal of food from the fridge
Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
