Mandatory extras in addition to the rate per night are: - Cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking. - Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): €16.90 per person, to be paid before your arrival. Upon arrival, if there is a change in the bed configuration that has not been previously communicated to the agency, there will be a €30 charge for this service. Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras: Cleaning includes: - Cleaning of floors, surfaces, and windows - Cleaning of the bathroom and toilets - Disinfection of the accommodation Cleaning does not include: - Washing, drying, and putting away dishes - Tidying up the furniture and equipment in the accommodation - Removing food items from the refrigerator Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are provided per person. As stated in the listing, we wish to remind you that events and parties are prohibited.
Penalties may be imposed if the neighbors contact us. ⚠️ A security deposit will be requested in cash on site, corresponding to 20% of the booking amount, in case of a neighbor complaint. ⚠️ The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 10 people.
For personal reasons, we do not wish for festive events to take place in this villa.

Vraiment logement très bien situé et très grand.Bonne communication avec l’agence qui gère le bien.Le seul bémol était le manque de chauffage dans les chambres.Sans doute un problème sur les radiateurs qui pourra être facilement pour les prochains voyageurs.
