Compulsory extras in addition to the price per night are
- Cleaning (price per property) automatically included in the booking

- Bed linen and towels (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.


On your arrival, if there is a change in the composition of the beds that has not been sent to the agency beforehand, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service.


Cleaning and linen hire are two compulsory extras

Cleaning includes
- cleaning floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning the bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfecting the accommodation


Cleaning does not include
- cleaning, drying and tidying of dishes

- tidying of furniture and equipment in the accommodation

- removal of food from the fridge


Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.



As stipulated in the advertisement, we would like to remind you that events and festivities are forbidden, sanctions could be taken against you if the neighbours contact us.


On the other hand the use of the fireplace is not authorised.
