Our cozy holiday apartment 'Hegaublick' is located on the top floor of our family home in the charming rural village of Mahlspüren in Hegau, close to Stockach and not far from Lake Constance.
Mahlspüren is a small village with a bakery for fresh rolls in the morning.
For more shopping options, you can reach Stockach in a few minutes by car. If you want to spend a beautiful day by the water, Ludwigshafen or Bodman on picturesque Lake Constance are just 15 minutes away—perfect for a visit to the lido, a sunny walk, or a boat trip.
The impressive towns of Überlingen, Meersburg, Radolfzell, and Konstanz are also within easy reach.
The apartment offers 106 m² of modern, welcoming space.
The large, light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen creates a homely atmosphere.
The living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
Vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided.
A Senseo pad coffee machine and a filter coffee maker are available.
On warm summer days, the spacious balcony invites you to relax.
There are 2 bedrooms, each accommodating 2 guests—one with a king-size bed and one with a French bed. A baby cot can be added to either room upon request.
A high chair is also available for our youngest guests.

Das Haus liegt im 1.OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Wenn man es ruhig mag, ist man hier genau richtig. Man genießt vom Balkon einen sehr tollen Blick ins Grüne.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und total gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Alles in allem - Jederzeit gerne wieder!
Schöne große und helle Wohnung, alles perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt.

Es war einfach alles da was man brauchte, ob Kaffeefilter, Spültabs, Spül- und Reinigungsmittel , Gewürze und mehr. Man konnte die Wohnung genießen ohne sich sofort auf den Einkauf zu begeben.
Sie lag sehr ruhig , schönes, offenes Wohnen, ein großes Badezimmer mit einer sehr großen Dusche, wir werden wiederkommen
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig für 4 Personen und hat alles, optimal!

Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Check-In und Check-Out reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Küche hat alle Geräte und Werkzeuge zum Kochen und sich wohl fühlen!). Zudem auch sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber!
Die Dusche war ein Traum, Regendusche und sehr groß!
Keine Einwände!
