This single-storey gîte, nestled at the south end of the farmhouse, includes: - A fully equipped kitchen area, - A living-dining room, - A bedroom with a 140*190 bed - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks, WC. With a capacity of 2 to 3 people (two adults and one child).
A room with washing machine and dryer is available at the back of the mill, and is common to the three gîtes.
Outdoors
As for the outdoor facilities, they include a swimming pool shared by the three gîtes, measuring 10*3, heated from May 1 to September 30, a playground where children can play on the trampoline, slide, and swing, as well as a pétanque court.
Enjoy invigorating walks, peaceful fishing sessions and a riverside garden, perfect for relaxing in the deckchairs, swimming in the pool, enjoying alfresco meals or listening to the gentle murmur of the water.

Just 20 minutes away are Auray and the picturesque port of Saint Goustan, while a 30-minute drive lies Vannes or Lorient, both cities of Art and History.
