Spaces have been designed for children, like the large dormitory room for 4 hidden in the attic where they can relive their days and tell each other bedtime stories. And just for them, there's a games room on the first floor.


For adults, there are 5 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own personality. On the first floor, the "Nude" bedroom, with its pretty rattan headboard and 2-person bed. The 'Eucalyptus' room has 2 single beds, which can be combined to form a large Queen-size bed, but can also be separated. The Terracotta bedroom has a double bed and, if required, an umbrella bed. A beautiful shower room with 2 basins, a large shower and a separate WC complete this level.


The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first, decorated in contemporary wood, has a queen-size bed and en suite shower room.

All rooms (except the dormitory) and the living room are air-conditioned.


What better way to bring 14 people together than with a large, convivial wooden table? Everyone will be able to find their place around the tasty dishes that will have been concocted in the large, new, fully-equipped kitchen. There's a large fridge, conventional oven, microwave and dishwasher. For breakfasts, a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker, as well as a kettle and toaster, are at your disposal to get the day off to a good start.


The ground floor ends with a cosy TV lounge area overlooking the outside. This is where you'll find a lovely 50m2 terrace, furnished for alfresco meals around the barbecue, and its relaxation area with outdoor sofas. (Only the terrace is accessible from this side of the house)


The house has a utility room with a washing machine. You can park 3 vehicles on the plot. In addition to the cot, you will also find a high chair. Lastly, a hairdryer is available.
