The LAS OLAS complex consists of two six-story buildings with an elevator, located just sixty meters from the sand, in the North area of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota, nº 35.
You will find several restaurants and other services nearby.
It is a quiet, family-friendly area with little traffic, guaranteeing a peaceful stay. Beautiful second-floor apartment with a side terrace offering a partial sea view.
It has three bedrooms with ceiling fans, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a separate kitchen with a utility room/laundry area, and a living-dining room with air conditioning and access to a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool.
The apartment has Wi-Fi. The residential complex offers spacious, landscaped common areas, a tennis court, and a communal swimming pool with a Roman staircase and a shallow, fenced children's paddling pool.
A covered parking space is included.
Capacity for 6/7 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ADMITTED.
PETS ARE NOT ADMITTED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath/shower towel per person, 2 hand towels per bathroom).
A linen change is included every fifteen days.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard amenities.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, provided you request it in advance and have already paid the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any potential damages: either leave a €150 security deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment has been inspected, or purchase non-refundable accidental damage waiver insurance for €28. Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public Wi-Fi service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water makes it ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are numerous hiking trails, both in the mountains and through the marshlands, the latter being very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of pristine, undeveloped coastline, is a must-visit for its environmental and ecological significance, serving as a nesting ground for birds and home to native plants.
Don't forget fishing, which can be enjoyed on the beaches, in sea inlets, and rivers.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado con acceso fácil a la playa.
Las instalaciones complementarias, como es la piscina, plaza de garaje y pista de tenis.
Una pena que un piso tan bonito este tan deteriorado, muebles incómodos y en general muy viejos ,
