Villa Bea is a large holiday villa in Apulia in Talsano, in the Taranto area.

Classically styled and arranged on several levels, the villa accommodates groups of up to 10 people. The centre of Taranto, with all its beauty and liveliness, is about 7 km away. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 16:00 to 20:00) and check-out (from 8:30 to 10:00).

An extra payment of EUR 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax is not included in the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. - Linen not included (towels and sheets): compulsory rental costs euro 20 per person per week. - In case of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be deducted from the deposit. - In the event of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes, a penalty of 40 euros will be deducted from the deposit. - Two of the five bathrooms are service bathrooms.
