Generosity & Exclusive Charm Privacy in Luxury Welcome to Villa Blue Bay – your spacious retreat in a dream location! The three-story, spacious, and fully equipped Villa Blue Bay is located in the village of Kruče, about 50 meters from the sea and next to a charming beach.
Villa Layout: Ground floor – two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
First floor – a living room with an integrated kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom; the living room opens onto a terrace with a pool.
Second floor – a kitchen with a terrace, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

The villa includes two parking spaces.
Kruče is a small village, pleasant and green – yet with very good transport links.
There are practically no hotels here, and the place remains quiet and peaceful even in the middle of summer.
Within easy walking distance, you'll find a small pebble beach with clear sea water and a small cafe.
