Before we describe this charming 90m² house, located on the edge of the Pénerf waterway and amidst oyster farms, let us highlight its exceptional and rare feature: a **heated indoor pool open all year round.** Set in an extension attached to the house, you can view it through the bay windows from anywhere in the main living area.
It is accessible from the living room and the outdoor **terrace**. You will also find **2 solarium areas**, one outside and one covered in a bright conservatory, a relaxation area with loungers to enjoy it at any time. Another part of the terrace is dedicated to barbecues and enjoyable outdoor meals. In the main living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave for preparing delicious meals.
For breakfast, there is a kettle, a toaster, and **2 coffee makers (filter and Senseo).** Next, you'll find the dining room for convivial moments around the table, followed by **2 lounge areas.** One, immediately after the dining room, is conducive to conversations.
The other, tucked away behind a pretty glass partition, is cozy and comfortable, perfect for watching movies. The house has **3 beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet**, and bay windows.
All three offer comfort for a good night's sleep. For even more convenience, the accommodation is equipped with an **air conditioning system**, and you will discover a **petanque court** with boules.
Finally, the house's courtyard allows for **parking for 3 cars.** **Important Information:** - This furnished property has **wi-fi access.** - This rental is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. - Pets are not allowed in this rental. - Tourist tax is in addition to the rental cost and must be paid in advance of your stay. For your convenience, the rental is located: - 2 km from the Carrefour Contact supermarket - 3 km from Rouvran beach - 3 km from the town center - 6 km from the "Celt'Aventure" amusement park - 28 km from Vannes train station. On the ocean side, dunes and long sandy beaches stretch to the oyster huts of the Pénerf river.
At low tide, test your skills at shore fishing! Children and adults alike love exploring the rock pools.
You can then enjoy cockles, winkles, and shrimp, fresh from your catch or found at one of the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau. This rental benefits from a concierge service with a team available throughout your stay for personalized services. Household linens are offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort.
Ordered linens are provided upon arrival for the entire duration of the stay, with no possibility of replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is outside our scope of intervention. The accommodation does not have a dedicated socket for charging electric vehicles.
