Before describing this charming 90m2 house, located on the edge of the Pénerf waterway and surrounded by oyster farms, let us highlight its rare and exceptional feature: a heated indoor swimming pool available year-round.
Set in an extension adjoining the house, you can see it through the bay windows from anywhere in the main living area.
It is accessible from the living room and the outdoor terrace.
There are also two solarium areas, one outside and one covered in a bright veranda, with loungers for you to enjoy at any time.
Another part of the terrace is dedicated to barbecues and outdoor dining.
In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave for preparing delicious meals.
For breakfasts, there is a kettle, toaster, and two coffee makers (filter and Senseo).
You will then find the dining room for convivial moments around the table, followed by 2 lounge areas.

On the exposed foreshore during the highest tides, test your skills at shore fishing! Young and old alike love to search in the rock pools.
You can then enjoy cockles, periwinkles, and shrimps, fresh from the fishing basket or found at one of the charming markets in Arzon or Sarzeau.

Extérieurs, terrain de pétanque (à entretenir cependant..), piscine (à chauffer un peu plus cependant..), ventilo-convecteurs dans chaque pièce (mode froid ne soufflait pas de froid cependant..), salle de bain et toilettes dans chaque chambre, beaucoup d'électroménager de qualité, très proche de la mer (sans la voir depuis le logement cependant)
Nous signons un état des lieux sans le faire avec la concierge, la piscine n'était pas suffisamment chauffée, pas de VMC en fonctionnement, les lits n'étaient pas fait malgré les 18€/lit double payés exprès
en arrivant j' ai passé la matinée a nettoyer la terrasse

Le silence
Les extérieurs j' ai passé la matinée a nettoyer le salon de jardin ainsi que la terrasse le barbecue pas du tout opérationnel deux pieds cassés heureusement avec un peu d ingéniosité on a pu faire des grillades
Et la piscine est tombée en rideau mercredi intervention faites le jeudi dans l' après ...
