Villa Bianca Lierna is a splendid villa surrounded by greenery, just a stone's throw from "Riva Bianca", the most famous beach on the eastern shore of Lake Como.



The villa, arranged on two levels, has a private garden equipped with table and chairs and sun loungers. The large patio with dining table offers a wonderful view of the lake and a view of the beach of Riva Bianca. The entrance of Villa Bianca leads to the living area with a large sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped communicating kitchen with oven, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the facilities for preparing excellent Italian style dinners. The light-coloured furnishings in contrast with the terracotta floor and the dark sofa give a feeling of tranquillity and freshness.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where the master bedroom and two single bedrooms are located, all with lake views. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, complete the ensemble.

From the patio, which is fully furnished, there is an enviable view of the beach and the lake. A perfect location for an aperitif with friends or simply to sip a glass of wine as the sun sets over the mountains that frame the lake.

The flat is also equipped with washing machine, TV, WIFI.

Just 1.5 km from the property, there are all the services of Lierna and the pier where guests can set sail to explore the most beautiful villages of Lake Como such as Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.

Access to the property is only possible on foot through a private road that starts from the provincial road and goes up for about 500/600 mt. The structure is close to the train tracks.
