Information about the host
The vacation home, newly built in 2017 in alpine style with a view of the Kaisergebirge, is located very quietly in a dead-end street and has two vacation apartments with separate entrances.The property borders directly on the wildly romantic Kieferbach with a beautiful bathing area. The location is very central, so that all stores, banks and pharmacies as well as the indoor and leisure pool Innsola with large sauna area are within a few minutes walk. The train station is also about 5 minutes walk away. The cozy apartments are the ideal starting point for all leisure activities. In winter, skiers, tourers, cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers get their money's worth. Many skiing areas and cross-country skiing trails are in the direct vicinity. Summer offers hikers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts almost unlimited possibilities. The Kaisergebirge as well as the Gießenbachklamm with its beautiful alpine pastures offer numerous hiking opportunities. Canyoning, rafting, caving, water skiing and llama trekking make adventurer's hearts beat faster. Numerous bathing lakes in and around Kiefersfelden invite you to swim and relax.

About the host
The vacation house with its two separate apartments is furnished in a cozy alpine style. The wooden house in low-energy construction has underfloor heating and impresses with its warm and very pleasant indoor climate. On the first floor a spacious terrace (from April) and on the upper floor a large balcony invites you to relax. From there, guests have an unobstructed view of the beautiful panorama of the Kaiser Mountains. In the garden with old apple tree and meadow can be grilled, played or lazed around.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge. Guests receive a 10% discount on all tours and activities of the Wildwasserschule Inntal * Deposit per apartment 150,-- EUR.
