Enjoy country life to the full and spend your next holiday in the enchanting Villa Son Arcaines de Can Simo. The pretty, sandstone-coloured house with its large covered terrace is located in the heart of the rural eastern region of Mallorca and not only offers you plenty of privacy, but also all the amenities that are sure to make your stay on the Balearic island unforgettable. An absolute highlight is the wonderfully large infinity pool, which is located right next to the house and leads down gently sloping steps into the refreshing water. Enjoy swimming a few laps and children are sure to have fun here! Make yourself cosy on one of the comfortable loungers by the pool to warm up for a while or keep an unobtrusive but watchful eye on the little ones. If you prefer to avoid the blazing sun, take a seat under one of the imposing and venerable olive trees, which are elegantly surrounded by the natural stone terrace. You can also find refreshing shade under the covered terrace with its gorgeous rustic wooden beams, relax on the softly upholstered outdoor sofas or sit down at the large dining table and enjoy a tasty snack. If you fancy a bit of action, play a quick game of table tennis - the table is of course also covered and in the shade.

Your holiday home is not only in excellent condition, it also radiates a soothing clarity. The plain white walls are decorated with a few selected works of art; there is no superfluous or hectic decoration here! Everything radiates a pleasant calm and openness. This convincing overall impression is reinforced by the generous room layout: the living room, dining room and kitchen are in one large and bright room. In just a few simple steps, you can bring the food prepared in the modern kitchen with its small counter directly to the large dining table, which also makes it much easier to clear the dishes afterwards. Of course, you can also conjure up a snack for a cosy evening watching TV on the couch, unless you prefer to gaze into the crackling fire in the fireplace. If you are tired after a long day in the pool or a trip around the island, simply retire to one of the three bedrooms, all of which are located on the ground floor. Here, too, everything is discreetly decorated and the wooden beds are real centrepieces. The bedrooms have small bedside tables with beautiful lamps, mirrors and a built-in wardrobe - your enchanting bedroom for sweet holiday dreams. The bathrooms are also equipped with everything your heart desires: bright, clean, pleasant lighting and a bathtub or walk-in shower.

Your villa is located in the rural west of Mallorca, surrounded by green fields and olive and almond trees: perfect for long walks or bike rides in the countryside. A supermarket, bank and pharmacy can be found just 4 km away in the authentic Mallorcan village of Ariany. The historic town of Sineu with its numerous shops and restaurants is also worth a 7.6 km drive. Here you can take a relaxed stroll through the narrow streets of the old town, admire the impressive architecture of the numerous old manor houses and the parish church or enjoy a drink and the atmosphere in one of the pretty cafés in the Plaza des Fossar. The weekly market in Sineu is particularly popular; fresh food, livestock, clothing and traditional handicrafts are on offer. For a day at the beach, simply drive the 19.6 km to Can Picafort, for example, where the fine sandy beach Playa de Can Picafort awaits you with a fantastic holiday beach, a promenade and good infrastructure.

In the heart of the eastern region of the island, the well-kept sandstone-coloured Villa Son Arcaines de Can Simo is a true oasis for a relaxing holiday on Mallorca. Let your gaze wander from the property over the lush green surroundings: a beautiful, typically Mediterranean landscape under a calm blue sky, with rolling hills in the distance. Enjoy the sun by the large infinity pool next to the house for shopping and for a delicious meal or a cup of coffee, simply drive to Sineu (only 7.6 km away).

Die Finca ist wirklich schön. Wir haben mit 6 Personen dort 1 Woche Urlaub gemacht. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen. In der Mitte der Insel, damit es in alle Richtungen nicht allzu weit weg ist. Für Ausflüge also ideal. Der Kontakt vor Ort war freundlich und unkompliziert. Was uns nicht so gut gefall...
