The holiday home on offer is the middle house within a small complex of three terraced houses completed in 2006 in Heiligendamm on the Baltic Sea.
These are completely independent, complete townhouses, each with its own entrance, built in staggered construction over two levels.
The ensemble of houses successfully combines the classic seaside resort architecture of the Baltic Sea coast with that of a modern new building.

The houses are located in the small Gartenstraße - a residential street with little traffic - directly in beautiful Heiligendamm.
The village of Heiligendamm (actually a district of Bad Doberan) is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern near Rostock, more precisely between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn directly on the Baltic Sea coast.

The exterior simplicity of the house continues inside, where high-quality materials and simple colours dominate.
On the ground floor is the living room, the fitted kitchen and the bathroom with attached sauna.
The upper floor has a bedroom and another small room, which can be used as a children's room or second bedroom.
Outgoing from the living room, there is a sunny west-facing terrace behind a sheltered beech hedge, which invites you to barbecue or sunbathe in summer.
The house is flooded with light due to the advantageous sky orientation and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals; the small dishwasher quickly takes care of the washing up.

The house's own fireplace and the sauna in the house offer a cosy atmosphere even in bad weather or in the cold season, so that the guest feels comfortable at any time of the year.
