Welcome to our holiday flat in the house "An den Birken" in our detached house in Sagard in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village, centrally located and only 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Schaabe or Prorer Wiek.
Location description:
Welcome to Sagard on the island of Rügen, the gateway to the Jasmund peninsula between the chalk coast and the Jasmund Bodden.
The beautiful, fine sandy beaches of the "Schaabe" or "Prorer Wiek" are about ten minutes away by car. The village of Sagard offers bus and train connections, shopping facilities, restaurants, bicycle hire, sauna, solarium and various service providers.
A swimming pool and sports facilities are available in the nearby district of Neddesitz.

In the holiday flat there is a living area with pull-out double sofa bed, a dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchenette, two separate bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
For entertainment there is a micro hi-fi system (radio, CD), satellite TV with DVD, USB and SD card, and free Wi-Fi is also available.
Outdoor area:
In the outdoor area you have a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities to relax.
A parking space for your car is also available.
