Die Lage war perfekt mit kurzer Entfernung zum Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wurde als allergikerfreundlich angeboten, die Betten hatten allerdings Daunenkissen und Bettdecken, was an sich für Allergiker ungeeignet und im Sommer zusätzlich unter dem Dach viel zu warm ist.
Die Schlafecke war sehr beengt und nur durch eine winziges Dachluke belüftbar. Das 2-Sitzersofa war in die Jahre gekommen und durchgesessen.
