The building is a beautiful coach house with two residential halves that was restored in 2022/23.
In this two-storey semi-detached house there is a spacious room of approx. 40 sqm downstairs in which the living area and the open kitchen including two dining areas are located and the bright, spacious guest toilet. Light floods this room through the door and 4 large windows that extend across the entire front. The covered terrace with a further dining area also extends across the entire front.
Also on the upper floor - windows and doors that let in plenty of light and the covered balcony with seating across the entire front.
On a further 40 square metres you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom. To ensure that the hallway is also bright and friendly, there is a large skylight that illuminates the entire hallway.
The Ahlbeck house is part of the Villa Hamburg complex, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna (each for a fee).
