Sauberkeit war ok, allerdings waren an den Lampen und Decken viele verstaubte Spinnweben. Zudem war der Balkon aufgrund nistender Vögel nicht nutzbar. Aber eine richtig schöne Wohnung, eigentlich ein schöner Balkon und eine super Lage. Alles in allem wirklich gut

das Bett könnte mal erneuert werden (knarckst) ; es gibt einige Staubecken (hinter dem Schrank Schlafzimmer, Küche unter dem Kühlschrank und die Duschtüren könnten auch mal überholt werden.

Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Als ärgerlich ist anzumerken, dass kein kostenfreier Parkplatz für die Wohnung vorhanden ist. Gern buchen wir die Wochnung auch im nächsten Jahr, wenn es für uns passt.
