Der gesamt Eindruck war ok.
Kleinigkeiten die man aber verändern sollte , vor allen Dingen bezogen auf ältere Bewohner.
Man sollte die Matratzen erneuer, sehr durchgelegen und weich , dazu noch zu tief .
Etwas härtere Matratzen und gleichzeitig die Liegefläche auf ca. 50 cm erhöhen. Dazu bräuchte man nur die Auflage der
Lattenroste zu erhöhen.

Dem Bad hat man angesehen, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Das Wäschepaket könnte ruhig noch ein Händehandtuch mehr beinhalten.
Das Vorhandensein von Fahrstuhl und Tiefgaragenplatz ist positiv hervorzuheben.
Eine ebenerdig Dusche wurde vermisst.
Die Lage an der Promenade und Seebrücke ist hervorragend.

Die Umgebung war leider recht laut, insbesondere durch die Hotels gegenüber und nebenan. Direkt vor den Fenstern und dem Balkon fanden regelmäßig Anlieferungen sowie Reinigungsarbeiten statt, was die Ruhe deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.
