The approximately 46 sqm holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the four-family house. **Amenities of the Friesenjung Holiday Apartment** The living room is very modernly furnished.
Here you will find a large couch that can be quickly and easily converted into a sofa bed.
Of course, cable TV and a radio are available, as well as a dining table.
Free Wi-Fi access is available.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
Naturally, there is sufficient crockery and the usual kitchen utensils.
A cozy double bedroom awaits you for a restful sleep on high-quality mattresses; ample closet space is naturally provided.
Suitcases, etc., can be easily stored in the adjacent storage room.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed.
The bright and spacious shower room with toilet offers ample storage space. Excellent location, quietly situated with a large lawn area.
The apartment "Friesenjung" is located in the rear part of the property.
The very beautifully overgrown property is wonderfully suited for children to play and romp.
A terrace (south-west facing) with direct access from the living room, furnished with seating, is of course available.
Sun worshippers will get their money's worth here! The assigned parking space is directly at the house.
Your dog is also welcome! Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment! **Important/Additional Information** * No smoking in the holiday home. * Rental prices are quoted for 1-2 people.
Weekly prices include final cleaning and booking fee.
Prices do not include the visitor's tax, as this is a legally mandated local charge unrelated to the holiday property. * Rebooking of additional travelers: Rebookings of persons to existing rental agreements will be charged at €10.00 per person per day for the entire travel period according to the rental agreement, plus visitor's tax and any laundry surcharge.
A contract modification fee of €15.00 will also be charged. * Minimum booking duration: * High season (Category A): 7 nights * Low season (Category B): 5 nights * Winter season (Category C): 3 nights * Bookings under 7 nights will always incur a surcharge! **These services can be booked upon request:** * Laundry (bed linen and towels) €25.00/person * Bed linen €15.00/person * Towels €12.00/person * Cot €15.00/one-time * High chair €9.00/one-time

Eine super schöne Wohnung, mit Garten und Terasse. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist mega, nicht weit vom Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wenn überhaupt was zu verbessern wäre vielleicht eine Spülmaschine.
