In the middle of La Baule's long beach, we offer you this beautiful flat for 6 people with an uninterrupted view of the sea. Located on the 5th floor of the residence, it offers a 180° panoramic view over the largest bay in Europe. You'll have a front-row seat for this summer's fireworks.


In fact, it's this incredible landscape that you catch a glimpse of when you open the front door, and which draws you out onto the balcony. Here you'll find a table and chairs for dining al fresco, and deckchairs for pleasant naps or reading.


The living area comprises an open-plan kitchen with a central island, which is very convivial when preparing meals. It is equipped with an induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For breakfast, there is a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker. Its pretty blue and wood colours will make you want to enjoy a platter of seafood.


A beautiful old wooden table will allow you to gather together. A lovely, cosy lounge, decorated in wood and soft colours, awaits you for long discussions in its armchairs and sofas, watching a good film or enjoying an aperitif facing the sea.


The night area comprises 3 bedrooms. The first, with its Queen-size bed, has an open-plan shower room with basin and shower. The second has a double bed. Both overlook the park, in a peaceful setting. The last bedroom is a cabin with a bunk bed and opens onto the main room. The bathroom has a basin, shower, hairdryer and washing machine.
