Luxury beach apartment with sea view for up to 5 people, on the beach of Conil de la Frontera in a small, private apartment complex, with two bedrooms and a fantastic beach and sea view.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own sunset balcony and a very large communal roof terrace. The distance to the long sandy beach of Conil is just under 100m. The apartment is luxuriously equipped with a washing machine, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee machine, satellite TV. The apartment has 3 air conditioning units which can also be used for heating.
Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and very good beds and mattresses.
One bedroom has a double bed for 2 people (150 cm wide), and another bedroom has 3 beds.
Both bedrooms also offer beautiful sea views. The covered, private terrace offers a dreamlike sea view, and also has a table, 4 comfortable garden chairs, and a sun-shading awning. Registration number: VFT/CA/00818 Our prices are inclusive prices. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas and water, all taxes, WiFi internet (if available), bed linen and towels (no beach towels), and the final cleaning. Wir waren 12 Tage in diesem Appartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand und die Altstadt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe. Wir haben immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden, mussten dafür aber etwas laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
