This accommodation is located in a complex with private access and a small communal pool, ideal for a peaceful family holiday.
It is also possible to rent a parking space in the underground garage. Features: - 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm), en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet; another with a double bed (135 cm); and a third with 2 single beds. - Modern and bright open-plan kitchen with access to a private glazed terrace, ideal for both winter and summer.
It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils. - Modern and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television with Spanish and international channels.
Wi-Fi access is also available. - 2 bathrooms with showers (one of them en suite in the master bedroom). - The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Conil.
There is a small communal pool (9x3m) in the complex.
It is located on the first floor and is also accessible by elevator. Pool opening hours: from June to September from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Our prices are inclusive. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, Wi-Fi internet (if available), bed linen and towels (not beach towels), and the final cleaning. Baby cot available upon request, free of charge. Parking: EUR 10 per week.

Las casa de nueva construcción está fenomenal muy amplio salón y dormitorios y menaje bastante completo.
No tiene aire acondicionado y con la ola de calor e Lo que hemos echado en falta a pesar de los ventiladores.
