Het is een ruim appartement met een grote keuken en een royaal balkon, gelegen vlakbij het centrum en het strand/boulevard van Civitanova.
De houten vloer naar de badkamer zat los en was gevaarlijk om over te struikelen door wateroverlast/doorslag van de douchewand (achterstallig onderhoud). De stoelen bij de eettafel zaten heel slecht en ongemakkelijk. We hebben ze verwisseld met de zwarte andere stoelen die gelukkig in het appartement stonden.
