At the foot of the marina, on the first floor with lift, it consists of an entrance with cupboards, a living room with a 140cm convertible sofa which offers sleeping space for 2 persons, a sleeping area with a 140cm bed for two persons, a balcony with garden furniture facing south, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The advantages of this seaside rental: south facing balcony with garden furniture, at the foot of the beach, secure residence, close to shops and easy access to public transport.
Cleaning service included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district). Wifi internet, bed linen and towels are not included in the rent. This is an optional service to be booked with the agency. Regarding pets, for accommodation that accepts them (see description or ask the person in charge), a supplement of 39€/animal is payable on arrival.
