Bright flat with terrace, on the mezzanine floor of a building served by a lift located in the residential area of Santa Margherita.


The accommodation opens onto a small atrium that divides the various rooms; on the left, the living room with dining table, sofa, TV, access to the outdoor terrace and open kitchen equipped with oven and kettle. From here it is possible to access the bedroom with two single beds positioned directly opposite a bathroom with shower cubicle.

Finally, back towards the entrance you will find on the right the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and access to the second terrace and an en suite bathroom equipped only with sanitary ware.

Available to guests are amenities such as an iron, air conditioning and heating.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the eastern Ligurian Riviera, in a closed basin in the north-western part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Gulf of Tigullio. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called 'Dolphin Coast', which links the town to Portofino. The locality is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park.

The Santa Margherita Ligure railway station is just over 5 minutes' drive from the flat while the Genoa airport is about 45 minutes' drive away.
