The ground floor comprises a large open-plan living area with large picture windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The large open-plan kitchen with its central island is perfect for cooking together and preparing tasty meals. There's an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. For breakfast, a filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also at your disposal.


There's only one step from the kitchen to the dining room. Tastefully furnished, its armchairs will make you want to sit down to dinner. A magnificent lounge with a cathedral ceiling and a view of the swimming pool (the mezzanine is decorative, but not accessible) completes this cosy, convivial room with its television.


On this level you will find a lovely, light-filled bedroom with a bay window and a view of the Eiffel Tower, a shower room and a separate WC. Behind the living room, an office and library area allows you to telecommute if you need to, but above all to sleep two people thanks to its sofa bed.
