From the balcony of this flat, located in the Bois de Bourgenay residence, a popular address on the Vendée coast, you'll enjoy an uninterrupted view of the sea and the marina. This furnished apartment, designed for 4 people, is just waiting for you to move in!
From the entrance, as you enter the main room, the view immediately draws you to the 8 m² balcony. Here you'll find garden furniture for outdoor dining and two deckchairs for relaxing. An electric barbecue is also available for grilling out in front of the marina.
The main room has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. To prepare tasty meals, there is a single-burner induction hob, oven and microwave. There is also a combined fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and, for breakfasts, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a "Dolce Gusto" pod coffee maker, as well as an electric toaster and juicer.
A table with four chairs makes up the dining area. The living room, which opens onto the balcony, has two attractive rattan armchairs and a double sofa bed. The other sleeping area is a bedroom with a double bed and storage space. Lastly, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the layout of this flat, which has just been renovated.
This flat does not have a washing machine, but there is a launderette 150 m from the residence. Free public parking is available. To make the most of the residence's facilities, you will find boules and a set of 7 golf clubs. The residence has a communal swimming pool area, with four pools including a paddling pool for the little ones. The pool is accessible using the four wristbands provided in the accommodation. A hairdryer and straightening brush are also provided in the bathroom.
