A beautiful, traditional cottage, lovingly renovated in 2024 to create a cosy cottage with great village location, pub within walking distance and a private hot tub. Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, Electric Woodburner
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: Zip And Link Double Bed (2 x Singles On Request) Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Please note: There are 4 steps in the garden.. Sycamore Cottage is a stunning cottage located on the edge of the quirky village of Bonsall.
Walk through the garden to the front door and you will see the sunken hot tub and an enclosed courtyard with patio furniture.
Step in to the kitchen, finished with a modern interior whilst still keeping the tradition of the house, there is everything you should need here to cook up your favourite meals, and a dining table to enjoy it at. The living room has a large TV and ’wood burner effect’ electric fire with a comfortable corner sofa, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and with lovely views down the village.
One of the double rooms can be made into twin beds on request.
There is plenty of roadside parking close to the cottage. Explore the village with its unique roundabout feature and quaint pubs.
There is a walk along the Limestone Way straight from your doorstep which is a route running from Bonsall to Matlock.
You are a short drive from Matlock Bath which boasts the famous illuminations annually, Gulliver’s Kingdom and The Heights of Abraham.
Ensure you take a visit to Chatsworth House, a fantastic estate to walk around and explore.
Being located so centrally within the Peak District is one of the best features Sycamore Cottage has, and at the end of each exciting day you have a welcoming haven to return to. Absolutely brilliant and stunning cottage, would recommend for a cozy couple retreat..... The garden is fantastic, with the added bonus of a covered hot tub.The kitchen is well stocked with all you need, the living room is cozy and comfortable .Upstairs was fantastic with both bedrooms having ensuite shower and toilet, ideal for two couples........will definitely be booking again.

This is a fabulous property, can’t recommend enough. Great walks, lovely village pub and tearooms. The hot tub is a great addition to this lovely cosy cottage. Five stars from us.

Very lovely cottage excellently refurbished ti a very high standard. Pretty patio garden with hot tub, well used after a day of walkingWould recommend this place, however the area is very hilly and steps up ti cottage would make it difficult for the infirm
