Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: - A 39 m² living room with sofa, TV and desk area. - A fully-equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave. - A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200). The bay window is fitted with a manual roller shutter as well as blackout curtains and fine curtains. - A bathroom with walk-in shower - A separate WC Outside : - A balcony with a table and two chairs. Area: The Beach Appart enjoys an exceptional location, right in the centre of Dinard, just 100 metres from the large Écluse beach and the Clair de Lune promenade (GR34). Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... The Place des Halles, where the wonderful Dinard market is held every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private parking space.
The car park is located 20 metres from the residence. 2e fois que je loue chez Cocoon'r et j'aime beaucoup, l'accueil, la réactivité de l'équipe, la localisation des appartements que j'ai loués, la propreté, les lits faits, le linge fourni, la place de parking, etc... nous nous reverrons 😉

Es wurde geputzt, aber einige Stellen werden offenbar nicht oft gereinigt, insbesondere die Fenstertüren und Regale. Der Dienstleister hat mir jedoch versichert, dass sie beim nächsten Mal besonders darauf achten werden.
