The house features an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a comfortable climate year-round.

Both bedrooms offer outdoor access - either to a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The ground floor also provides outdoor access.
From the living room, you can step onto a covered, private terrace with quality garden furniture.
