Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can explore the magic of the city on foot (architecture classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You will be staying at the foot of the town hall, 500 meters from the beach, and close to shops.


This superb apartment has been renovated to replicate the spirit of Perret's era. You will be charmed by its authentic period decor, its continuous balcony, and its unobstructed view.


The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a magnificent, calm, and secure residence with an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Suitable for 2 people, it is laid out as follows

A semi-open kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to prepare delicious meals.

A living room with a lounge and dining area. It features a very comfortable leather sofa from the "DS-47 De Sede 1970" brand and a Samsung Smart TV.

A bedroom with a dressing area and direct access to the balcony, equipped with a high-quality double bed (140x200 cm).

A bathroom with an Italian-style shower. Separate WC.

The accommodation is very bright and offers an unobstructed view of Le Havre. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 travelers.


We can provide you with a badge granting access to the communal parking. However, the spaces are not assigned, and we cannot guarantee availability.

LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.


## Access


By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. We can provide you with a badge for access to the communal parking. However, the spaces are not assigned, and we cannot guarantee availability. Parking is chargeable around the accommodation from 9 AM to 12 PM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to explore the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan), Town Hall, or Coty - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 minutes extra. 7-day package €23.


## Interaction


We will be happy to personally welcome you to our accommodation. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will help us organize your key handover. We wish you an excellent stay with us!


## Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping needs, food lovers will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than 100 meters from the apartment, and the merchants on Rue de Paris, at the foot of the building. Additionally, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 AM to 9 PM is nearby.


## Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Arrival: Check-in will be in person between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.


Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.


We do our best to provide you with quality service. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and ask that you inform your host in case of delays. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a fee of €20, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, and your night will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be required upon your entry into the property. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If any additional travelers beyond those specified in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a surcharge of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
