Built in 2024, the Green House Cavallino flats are located just a few steps from the sea on the Cavallino-Treporti headland.

The two-storey complex has flats on the ground floor with a terrace and on the first floor with a balcony.

The flats are comfortably furnished.

Just 50 metres from the residence is the Camping Village Cavallino, whose services are available to guests.

These include a water park with wellness zones, restaurants, a panoramic lounge bar, an entertainment programme for adults and children in the summer months, a wellness and spa centre, as well as beach services such as sun loungers and umbrellas (spa and beach services are available for a fee).

The approximately 50 square metre Bilo ground floor flat can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of two bedrooms.

One bedroom has a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds.

In the living area there is a satellite TV, as well as a comfortably equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

From the living area you have direct access to the terrace and a beautiful green area.

Chairs and a table invite you to relax here.

Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4 hours.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beach of the associated Camping Village Cavallino is about 150 metres away.

The ideal place to relax and sunbathe or build a sandcastle with the children.

There are footpaths on the beach right up to the sunshades for access with pushchairs.

Lifeguards ensure safety throughout the day.

There is a car park at the entrance to the Camping Village, which you can use free of charge. POOL The spacious swimming pool area consists of a children's pool with water games and slides.

The pool area also has an adult pool with massage jets and two whirlpools for relaxation. FAMILY-FRIENDLY A baby cot can be provided on request and for a fee.

During the summer months, an entertainment programme for young and old is offered in the associated Cavallino Camping Village.

The entertainment team will keep your children busy and having fun all day long at the Mini Club.

The evening programme is also rich in activities, from baby dance for the little ones to shows, cabaret and group dances for the older guests.

If you want to do some sport, there is plenty of choice.

From beach volleyball, football, table tennis and boccia to aerobics and water gymnastics courses. LEISURE AND SPORT Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice.

The following sports facilities are available to you at the associated Cavallino Camping Village: Acqua-Gym, beach volleyball, football, table tennis and boccia.

Cycling enthusiasts will find many paths and circuits outside the campsite that are ideal for this sport.

Bike hire is available. SHOPPING The associated Cavallino Camping Village has both a grocery shop, where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items, and a bazaar, where you can buy beach items, newspapers and souvenirs.

Alternatively, you will find bakeries and supermarkets just a few minutes' drive away, where you can stock up on your daily needs.

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.

In the associated Cavallino Camping Village you can make use of half or full board if required.
