- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, clothes hanger and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with tub, shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.


Guests' access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


Other details to be noted

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza, equal to EUR 2, for the first 5 nights.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.


The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.

In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.


If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.

After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00

EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00

It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

We are in the historic center of Vicenza, which is a place to be discovered: with the Palladian Basilica, the Olympic Theatre, the churches, the traditional taverns and many enchanting views between the river and the parks.
