The finca with private pool is wonderfully situated in the middle of a Mallorcan winery on the outskirts of Santa Maria.
The town of Santa María is located in the north of the capital, Palma de Mallorca, and is a starting point, ideal for all directions of the island, since from the farm there is a nearby motorway connection. The family of the owners produces their own wine on this huge 26-hectare estate, so you can enjoy a guided tour and tasting while spending your vacation here.
The nearest supermarkets in Santa María or Marratxi are just a few minutes by car. For more in-depth shopping, you can reach the capital Palma in a few minutes (15 km). For those looking for special offers or simply want to spend a fun afternoon with the family, we recommend the Mallorca Fashion Outlet shopping center, just 6 km. The house has a spacious living room, a total of 4 double rooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite), all with their own air conditioning Living room with satellite TV, WiFi Internet and kitchenette with dishwasher.
From the living room you can access the covered terrace and the magical garden, which looks like a small forest and, therefore, it offers a lot of shade.

Vores ophold i dette smukke feriehus var simpelthen dejligt! Den private saltvands pool var højdepunktet, især efter en dag med at udforske de nærliggende seværdigheder som Alaro Castle og den dejlige by Santa María, Huset var rummeligt og godt udstyret

Co za fantastyczna ucieczka! Finca znajduje się w spokojnej lokalizacji otoczonej winnicami, Prywatny basen był największą atrakcją dla naszej rodziny, idealny na leniwe popołudnia, Cieszyliśmy się również z pięknej degustacji win bezpośrednio na terenie posiadłości, Gorąco polecam!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier, Die Lage war ruhig, aber leicht zu erreichen von Palma und anderen Attraktionen, Das Haus war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten, Der einzige Nachteil war das Wetter – es hat ein bisschen geregnet, aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht!
