The enviable and strategic location, just a few steps from the famous Piazza del Campo and Piazza Provenzano, is ideal for experiencing the unique atmosphere of Siena and participating in historical events.
A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of Siena, comfortably housed in a building full of charm. *Traffic Restricted Area - permit requirement* The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and TV; - KITCHEN with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with double bed, desk and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, two fans portals, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the accommodation is on the first floor. Step to the kitchen entrance. Step at the entrance of the living room. Steps inside the bathroom, to reach the area with WC and bidet. NO A/C - two portable fans. Wonderful gem in an excellent location walking distance to everything but tucked away on a quiet street. Bright and airy with charm and all the amenities you need. Clean and comfortable. Host responds quickly and assists with anything you need. Great choice!

The apartment was wonderful and the location was great. The only issue was that the wifi didn't work and the owner promised to get it fixed the next day but then was unable to.
