1 bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 160x200), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 for one person).

Terrace, courtyard and pretty landscaped garden in common, shelter for cars and bicycles.
Gîte adjoining the gîte 22G121114 (3 people) and close to the owners' second home and another gîte for 2 people.
Local washing machine shared with the gîtes. In the center of L'Ile Grande, on a pretty landscaped property, beautiful pink sandstone farmhouse comprising 2 adjoining gîtes, comfortably equipped, close to the owners' second home and a future gîte. It's really an address to select to discover this charming little island which will seduce you with its pebble and white sand beaches, its small port of Saint Sauveur, a peach paradise: a real change of scenery! the coastal path, marked GR, 7 km long, will allow you to go around the island in around 2h30. You can walk to the town center, just 300 m away (a few shops) and the beach The dunes of Toul Gwenn: a windsurfer's paradise. The Big Island can only seduce you! 7 km from Pleumeur-Bodou, 8 km from Trégastel, 13.5 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec.
