The Villa Maria farmhouse welcomes its guests with an impressive garden with lush vegetation and a well-tended lawn.
The spacious holiday home offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday in Mallorca while enjoying the proximity to the island's capital Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. The open terrace next to the house can be transformed into a shady oasis with awnings.
It is divided into a relaxation area with sun loungers and a day bed as well as a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue and dining area.
There is a separate relaxation area in the garden, just a few steps from the pool, which is the ideal place for relaxing siestas. The living space is spread over two floors.
From the living room with fireplace and library as well as the conservatory, you have easy access to the garden through patio doors.
The Mallorcan country-style kitchen also has its own access to the barbecue terrace.
Of the two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on this floor, one has its own secluded terrace.
