In the commune of Langrune-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 60 m² house for rent, 200 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 30 m² private terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Langrune-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities: - Historical tour: Visit all the emblematic landing towns to relive the defining moments of the Second World War. - Cultural escape: Explore the majestic Mont-Saint-Michel, an architectural and natural gem. - Varied sporting activities: Enjoy a multitude of activities, from sailing and windsurfing to swimming and hiking.
For thrill-seekers, try go-karting in Caen. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking lot about 30 meters from the accommodation, or near the mini-market about 10 meters away. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen, approx. 22 km (30 min by car) - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, approx. 23 km (33 min by car) We recommend the use of a car to make the most of your stay. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
