It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette and a shower room (with shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 14 m² living area with a sofa and a sleeping area separated from the living room by a screen, featuring a double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe - A fitted kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs, a Senseo pod coffee machine… - A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower and toilet The studio is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are just 100 m away. Activities: Come and discover the seaside resort of Saint Jean de Monts and discover its beautiful sandy beach, 8 km long. - Fun and sporting activities: cycling on the many cycle paths, horse riding, rollerblading, water sports at the water sports centre, fun activities in the forest at the Parée Jésus site, golf, mini-golf, marine thermal baths, fishing, cinema... - A varied natural heritage.
The dunes are rich in unique vegetation, and there are many organised walks to discover this ecosystem. - You can enjoy your evenings at the Casino, just 500 metres from the residence! Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the residence's public car parks along the avenue. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, about 2 km away (4 min by car) - Challans SNCF railway station, 25 minutes away by car - Nearest airport: Nantes, around 77 km away (1 hour by car) To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr team (ad management and reservations service) and the local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean condition and that kitchen appliances are cleaned after use - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). L'estacade Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est juste en face de la plage et à côté des restaurants et de la rue marchande ce qui nous à permis de poser la voiture et la reprendre seulement à la fin de notre séjour.

L'estacade "Il manque juste une place de parking car en journée il est difficile de trouver à se garer.
Logement tout à fait conforme à la description, plage accessible à pied juste la route à traverser ! De belles balades, belle plage propre, et activités nombreuses."
